The 7-Zone design was found to provide optimal sleeping comfort and ergonomic support to all parts of the body. Skilled craftsmen hand layer the staple cotton padding on each side of the 7-Zone latex core to provide additional padding and support. These inner materials are then encased in Royal-Pedics Belgian100% cotton ticking, which provides ventilation of body heat, and finally hand tufted with European tufting straps to further pre-compress the cotton padding and provide firm, yet supple support.
