At a young age he was drawn to painting as it was something he could do to be away from the bitter cold temperatures of the outdoors. Haynes is largely self-taught with the exception of having the Anchorage library at his disposal only several blocks from his home. "I liked the books on DeKooning and the other abstract expressionist painters" he recalls. Haynes is also influenced heavily by the color theory of Johannes Itten. Itten's influence is obvious when viewing haynes' work in his application of color and in the transcendent optical effects created by his layering and juxtaposition of color. "Color is important in my work. It captures the essence of beauty and movement. Also I think of sounds when Im applying color. Sometimes I hear music when creating one of my pieces. Color also becomes a way to convey temperature...as the environment I live in becomes a constant fluctuation between being very cold and then getting warm. Living in Alaska there is very little day light....and so my work acts as an escape from the darkness. It brings color and light back to an otherwise dark environment. My work is a way of joining polar opposites." Size: 24 x 24 Less

In 1986, she received a B.A. in Art Therapy from the College of New Jersey and from 1988 to 1990, she continued with post-graduate work at the Art Institute of Southern California in Laguna Beach. Her most intensive training, however, has come from workshops with such notable artists as Ray Vinella, Martin Linville, Don Ward and Gay Faulkenbury. Her work now hangs in numerous private and corporate collections. Inspired by the early California Impressionists, Kim loves to paint "en plein aire". Kim's motto is to paint on location outdoors as often as she can. “I am exhilarated when I come upon a beautiful new scene before me. My heart jumps and I am energized as I pick up my brush to respond to what I see and feel. Painting the sky is a passion for me. I am constantly aware of the ever-changing world above. I am fortunate to be able to work at something I love so much. The greatest compliments I receive are from people who say they stop and look at the sky more often after seeing my paintings. My hope is that my paintings create a feeling of peace for the viewer and reflect the awesome beauty that nature has to offer", stated Kim Coulter. Size: 24 x 24 Less

Created with a variety of inks and pigments, her paintings reveal a focus on the medium itself. Born in 1976 in Princeton, New Jersey, Harris grew up on the east coast in Washington DC and outside of New York City. She became an avid equestrian with her love of horses and the art of dressage. “It is a truly beautiful experience between humans and animals to communicate through body, mind and motion." Encouraged by the diversity of art that New York had to offer, Maeve explored the tradition and historical importance of works at the Metropolitan Museum to installations and contemporary pieces at galleries in SoHo. “I reference photographs both found and of my own as inspiration in my paintings. I also enjoy experimentation with material used in other media to push the limits of paint." Studying abroad in Florence, Italy, richly influenced Harris' life both personally and artistically and led to visits to over fifteen countries in Europe. Travel and adventure are an important part of her life, and she draws from her experiences an optimistic and wholehearted spirit. Currently, Maeve resides in Seattle, Washington, where she paints from her home on Queen Anne Hill. Size: 24 x 24 Less

It stuck in my head and there was never any question what I was going to become." Maryland artist Susan Webster was born in Washington, D.C., but because her father was employed with an international construction firm, she grew up on the move, living throughout the United States. Her works employ collagraph print, charcoal, pastel, fabric paint, collage and impasto, on both canvas and paper, to capture an otherwise mundane moment of everyday life and expound it with a vivid and exquisite use of color. Webster's influences include Rembrandt, Van Gogh, and her favorite genre, the German Expressionists, who according to her, "show how to portray ones inner self without words and use striking colors to get the point across." She is inspired by the Italian countryside she became familiar with in her studies in Rome, which she often refers to for her landscapes. She has exhibited her work extensively in the Mid-Atlantic region, in both group and solo shows, and has had her work included in shows in the Southern United States, the Pacific Northwest, Great Britain, Rome, Italy, and as far away as Beijing, China. Her work is held extensively in private collections, and in corporate collections. Size: 24 x 24 Less

She works in series, limiting herself only to her imagination, the medium of oils and the use of the palette knife, which she expertly wields as her sole application tool. Her subjects cover a large range of interests and ideas and may include landscapes as well as abstracts. Her concepts often encompass an explorative theme, taking notice of the accidental beauty found otherwise unnoticed things such as decaying buildings and weathered walls. Just as there are layered meanings in these weathered surfaces, Price uses the technique of layering pigment and texturing with oil paint, richly applied with the palette knife, allowing each layer's relationship to the others play an important role in the piece as a whole. She often uses found objects such as wire, old string, louvers and rusted objects to add to the illusion of time passing, further accentuating her perception. Maxine Price is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in art and is a resident of Wimberley, Texas for over a decade. She shows in the Gallery on the Square in Wimberley as well as several others in every major city in Texas. Size: 24 x 24 Less

In His formative years, Ross learned to paint on canvas attached to the wall rather than stretching it first. This technique has become a necessity for the development of his art and he continues to use this method. After moving to the United State, Lindsay accepted a position teaching art. He maintained that position until 1991 when he shifted his priorities to resume a full time career as an artist. Today, Ross Lindsay is focused on devoting his time to his art exhibitions. Detail, complex composition, and linear elements of Linday's works provide a multifaceted visual experience. Each of Lindsay's paintings begins with a thick application of gesso on the canvas. Lindsay artistically composes paint glazes on top of the canvas to create depth and multiple focal points which draw the viewer into a realm of abstract consciousness. Lindsay's paintings, prints, and sculptures have been exhibited throughout both the American Easter and Midwest states from the late 1970's. Private collections are in North America and Europe.

She comes from a bicultural home with a Spanish mother and an American father. The many trips to Spain when she was a child gave her a great understanding and appreciation for fine art and grew into inspiration for her own work. Marirosa began painting and drawing as far back as she can remember. She has always wanted to be an artist and she has made that happen through drive, ambition and a great talent for painting and sculpting. “I find working with many layers of patterns, colors and collage to be a very meditative process. Through this process, I create the illusion of atmosphere and depth in the fields of overlapping colors and textures. I want the viewers to find themselves lost in the nuances of my work, giving them a moment of visual and emotional meditation and release. My pallet consists of calming earthtones with contrasting dark deep rich colors to create movement; carrying the viewer throughout the painting. I create works with the feeling of balance but with out the use of total symmetry. I use tar to create dark depth and gold as the reflection of light." You can find many of Marirosa Hofmann's works in galleries across Georgia, North Carolina as well as in Spain. Size: 24 x 24 Less

Germ Free 24Ā® utilizes state of the art technology unlike any product available on the market today. AMOSILQ, the active ingredient, is totally unique in structure, effectiveness, persistence and application. It is a material which chemically combines proven antimicrobial chemistry with the protective, moisturizing capabilities of silicones in a single molecular compound. The water soluble AMOSILQ transforms to an invisible macropolymeric, polyionic layer on application to the skin which is not removed by repeated hand washing or rinsing. Not being removed by water, GermFree24Ā® eliminates not only bacteria, but also viruses and fungi which can cause ringworm, and fungal nail infections. Application to the skin not only eliminates and inactivates bacteria, viruses and fungi, but Germ Free 24Ā® also prevents reinfection. Germ Free 24Ā® does not build or increase antibacterial or antimicrobial resistance in pathogens on repeated or prolonged use. The big difference between Germ Free 24Ā® and other hand sanitizers on the market today is the other hand sanitizers are primarily ethyl or isopropyl alcohol formulations which are largely antibacterial in nature. While they will eliminate selected bacteria on application to the skin, they offer no residual germ killing properties. Application of these products to your hands will not only dry out your skin, they offer a fresh surface for germs to reinfect as soon as your hands are dry. Germ Free 24Ā® is the only product that remains on your hands for all day protection. Germ Free 24Ā® also moisturizes as it protects. The problem with using other hand sanitizer products is that without the antimicrobial barrier provided by Germ Free 24Ā®, they just become a new breeding ground for more germs. Germ Free 24Ā® with AMOSILQ protects you from all types of germs all day long and actually makes your hands germ fighting machines. This technology is so unique and important that it is patent protected. Less

Palmer transports the viewer within his reductive canvases, with the use of understated and abstract forms. Palmer's work depicts forms that hint at reference, but leave interpretation open to the viewer. "Studying in Florence under Philip Rubinov-Jacobson gave me the opportunity to open the door to more free forms in my work and add the flexibility to allow the viewer to be an integral part," states Palmer. Through this interaction between the loose forms, one may recall past experiences. His paintings depict a residue of memory with the power to transport the viewer back in time. Palmer has studied at Santa Reparata International School of Art in Florence under Master Philip Rubinov-Jacobson and Roberto Venosa in Cadaques, Spain. One of Palmers' focuses today is the ability to share his art in areas of deeper meaning. Texas Children's Hospital chose Palmer as their featured artist in 2003 to work with the children to create six canvases to be auctioned for local charities. Palmer has exhibited his artwork throughout the United States and Europe. Size: 24 x 24 Less
